Welcome to Guardian Roasters—where every bag of coffee has a purpose. My name is James or "Gonzo". As a Veteran and Paramedic, I founded Guardian Roasters to bring great coffee to First Responders and Public Service professionals who work hard for our communities every day.

Guardian Roasters is more than just a coffee brand. We’re dedicated to serving those who serve. Our coffee is crafted for busy heroes—Law Enforcement, Fire, EMS, and everyone in Public Service—who deserve quality and convenience in each cup. Every purchase supports community, first responder and public service charities, so your coffee gives back with every sip.
